OBLIGATIONS OF THE SPONSOR
1.1 The Sponsor agrees to the following:
(a) to purchase the books at the agreed upon price and quantity and understands that this purchase is non-refundable;
(b) to provide Mac House Press, at the sponsor’s sole cost and expense, all suitable material including artwork of the sponsor’s marks in a format and within print deadlines reasonably specified by Mac House Press for it to be reproduced under the control of Mac House Press.
(c) to authorize Mac House Press to use the sponsor purchased books at its discretion;
(d) to permit Mac House Press permission to use sponsor’s name and marks in the book, website, media materials, and any other places it deems suitable.
1.2 The sponsor has no right to sub-license, assign or otherwise dispose of any of the sponsorship rights.
1.3 The sponsor shall not engage in joint promotions with any third party in relation to this sponsorship.
OBLIGATIONS OF RED ROSEBUD FOUNDATION
2.1 Mac House Press shall, at its sole cost and expense, in accordance with the terms of the sponsorship.
2.2 Mac House Press shall use its reasonable endeavors to deliver or ensure the delivery of each and all of the sponsorship rights.
2.3 Mac House Press confirms that, whenever possible, it will ensure that the sponsor’s marks will be present in accordance with the terms.
TERMS
3.1 The terms for sponsorship are as follows:
(a) for book quantities purchased by sponsor between 25 and 50 units, sponsor will be entitled to the following:
(i) Your name and/or company logo featured in the front sponsor page(s) of the book.
(b) for book quantities purchased by sponsor between 51 and 99 units, sponsor will be entitled to the following:
(i) Your name and/or company logo featured in the front sponsor page(s) of the book.
(c) for book quantities purchased by sponsor between 100 and 499 units, sponsor will be entitled to the following:
(i) Your name and/or company logo featured in the front sponsor page(s) of the book and on the sponsor page of the website.
(d) for book quantities purchased by sponsor of 500 units or more, sponsor will be entitled to the following:
(i) Your name and/or company logo featured in the front sponsor page(s) of the book and on the homepage or the website for one year.
